Ushurov Bilaldin Talgatovich
Born in 1970 in the village of Shelek, Almaty Region, Enbekshikazakh District. From 1977 to 1988, he studied at the school named after Rozybakiyev in Almaty Region, where he received a certificate of complete secondary education. After finishing school from 1989 to 1991, he served in the Armed Forces of the Kazakh SSR. In 1992, he entered Almaty Technological University, graduating in 1997.

He began his professional career in 1993, engaging in the trade of household appliances while simultaneously pursuing education. Since 1997, immediately after graduation, he has been involved in wholesale trade of household appliances in retail outlets in the markets of Almaty.

In 2001, Ushurov B.T chose the sphere of household appliances as the main direction of his business, particularly focusing on the development of wholesale deliveries to remote regions of Kazakhstan. Significant efforts were made to establish himself as a reliable partner.

In 2011, a new division was opened to expand wholesale and retail networks, now known as LLP TechnoGRAD. From this moment, the most significant breakthroughs in the company's history were achieved. Direct contracts were signed with leading manufacturers of household appliances, including prominent brands such as Samsung, Indesit, Ariston, LG, Daewoo, Aksion, Biryusa, Bosch, Gorenje, Hansa, Artel, and many others. TechnoGRAD is a dealer and importer of household appliances from Europe, Turkey, Russia, China, and Uzbekistan.

From 2012 to 2014, TechnoGRAD obtained exclusive dealer rights for the products of the largest Turkish manufacturer of household appliances - SIMFER LTD.

The company launched its own brand to produce commercial equipment for stores and supermarkets. The first freezer chests and refrigerated display cases under the company's own brand - Atlantic, were introduced. A retail network was created, including TechnoGRAD stores in regions and districts of Kazakhstan.
In 2015, a project was initiated to create an online store www.tgrad.kz. The company has its own warehouses for wholesale sales, with a total area of more than 30,000 square meters. This ensures the availability of products at all times. The online store has its own delivery service, allowing control over the speed and quality of product delivery to any address.
In 2017, warehouses were opened in Shymkent, Kyzylorda, Astana, Aktobe, Pavlodar, Kostanay, Atyrau, Karaganda, Ust-Kamenogorsk, and Turkestan.

The company has a staff 500 of employees and has created 1,200 workplaces.

The company offers a range of over a thousand models and dozens of global brands.

In addition, in 2018, Ushurov B.T.'s company launched the Rakhat.kz shopping center in Almaty. As a result, more than 600 tenants, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, were given the opportunity to develop their businesses. Most importantly, more than 1,200 workplaces were created.
POLITICAL ACTIVITY
Actively participates in public life and contributes to the development of the country and the region. From 2020 to 2022, he was a deputy of the VII convocation of the Maslikhat of Talgar District.
Since 2023, he is currently a deputy of the VIII convocation of the Maslikhat of Almaty Region.
PHILANTHROPY
Bilaldin T. Ushurov pays special attention to philanthropy and extends a helping hand to those in need, being socially responsible. In 2021 Ushurov B.T. for active and fruitful charitable activities and mercy he was awarded the “Shapagat” medal.

In 2018, under the leadership of Ushurov B.T., a major renovation was carried out with all modern requirements at the I. Tairov Secondary School with a Preschool Mini-Center of the Education Department of Enbekshikazakh District, Almaty Region, Bayseit village.

In 2019, landscaping of the territory adjacent of the A. Rozybakiyev Secondary School of Enbekshikazakh District, Shelek village, was carried out in accordance with all ecological and sanitary-hygienic norms.

In 2019, with the support of Bilaldin Talgatovich Ushurov, one of the participants in the world championship in Greco-Roman wrestling in Nur-Sultan was Korlan Zhakansha, who won a silver medal in the final match. In 2020, the wrestler became a Silver Medalist of the Asian Championship. His twin brother, Baglan Zhakansha, also practices Greco-Roman wrestling and is a medalist in international championships.
In 2020, Bilaldin T. Ushurov actively participated in the nationwide campaign Biz Birgemiz! initiated by the Nur Otan party. For the implementation of the campaign, aimed at strengthening the fight against the coronavirus, for preventive measures, and preventing the spread of the virus in the region, mobile brigades of volunteers were formed, distributing social assistance on the principle door-to-door.

To support socially vulnerable segments of the population, 1,000 families in the Almaty Region facing difficulties were provided with essential food products and items.
During the pandemic, as part of the Biz Birgemiz! campaign, the company TechnoGRAD provided charitable assistance in the form of medical equipment worth 4,000,000 tenge. A screw-type air compressor Lupamat LKV 11/10 MITK was purchased for the State Institution District Hospital in the village of Shelek, Enbekshikazakh District, under the Health Department of the Almaty Region, for the further treatment of critically ill infected patients.
Due to the pandemic, many New Year's charity events for children were canceled. The company TechnoGRAD provided 1,000 New Year's gifts to orphaned children, semi-orphans, children with disabilities, studying in 30 schools in the Almaty Region.
Since then, this charitable initiative has become an annual good tradition. For example, in 2022, the company provided New Year's gifts to 1,300 children.
In addition, in August 2023, the company TechnoGRAD decided to help children from low-income families prepare for the school year. Understanding that a significant part of the family budget is spent on school uniforms and stationery, the company provided everything needed for school to 270 children from grades 1-11 from low-income families in the Almaty Region. Each child received a complete school uniform (suit and shirt/blouse), footwear, and a backpack with all the necessary stationery: notebooks, pens, albums, paints, etc. Seeing the significant need for this type of assistance, it was decided to provide such support annually.
Also in 2023, the company TechnoGRAD continued to support aspirations for professional sports success. Athletes from the football club Birlik were provided with sports uniforms and financial support for training and camps.
